Then the following month he used the dating app Hornet to meet another victim, who he saw several times over the following months. A drug dealer, jailed for a minimum of 31 years for murdering a businessmen with a fatal dose of GHB, could apply to be transferred to a women's prison after his lawyer revealed that he was seeking gender reassignment.
Perhaps one of the most well-known gay dating-app predators is Stephen Port — a man dubbed "The Grindr Killer" — who was sentenced to life in prison in for drugging, raping and killing four men he a person he met on popular gay dating app Grindr through the app. Dunbar, of Forest Gate, east London, was found guilty of three counts of administering a noxious substance, five thefts, six counts of having articles for fraud, two frauds, assault by penetration, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, and dishonestly retaining wrongful credit.

On other occasions, Ross says he received a torrent of abuse after he had politely declined a guy who messaged him first.
